For some reason this hood disappeared on me. I have no clue where it went. I am still looking for it but I don't hold much hoping of recovering it.....so bye bye Collinsport.

A new sims hood in the making...

I had a bunch of issues with Savannah so I canned it and am starting anew. My hope with this neighborhood is that some of my fellow simmers will participate (in sorts) and send me sims for Collinsport. I have started the hood with a few sims such as the Collins family who live in, you guessed it, Collinwood. If you want to particpate and send me sims my email for that is nitasim2010 AT gmail.com. Please put Collinsport in the title so I know what it is. Also please enclose the details of the sim or sims and the cash on hand and which lot they want to purchase or rent. I will accept single sims or a family of sims. You can send me sims at any time but I will only be adding them in the Fall and Spring of each sim year. Right now my sims are in the summer season and next comes the fall.
